The Role As the Program Coordinator Community Leader, you will work collaboratively with the Principal and the Senior Leadership team to provide educational leadership within the school and the wider community. You will develop and promote the schools vision for academic and artistic excellence, encouraging staff, volunteers and community members to share ownership of the schools goals and creative direction. The successful applicant will build positive relationships between students, staff, parents and the local community, leading a learning community that is proactive, innovative and supportive, ensuring successful learning outcomes for students and teachers. You should have a sound understanding of multitiered systems of support, including effective intervention strategies across academic, engagement and wellbeing domains, and be able to apply this knowledge to support wholechild teaching, learning and wellbeing within the school community. As an instructional leader you will provide direction and purpose to staff, build and sustain team cohesion, promote a culture of quality teaching and positive academic learning experiences for all students, and collaborate effectively with others to sustain a strengthsbased professional culture. The role also includes leadership of a curriculum domain. You will lead the schools Technologies programs, be responsible for the operations of Design Technologies, Digital Technologies, STEM and Home Economics facilities, and linemanage specialist staff to ensure effective coordination, delivery and promotion of highquality Technologies education and community engagement initiatives.
