What to expect Initially joining our Brisbane team working on exciting infrastructure tenders, you''ll then form part of our tight-knit FIFO team to help deliver major infrastructure projects in regional areas across Queensland on a roster or locally to South East Queensland. Heres what to expect: Kick off with a three-day all expenses paid conference on the Gold Coast with your peers Engage in structured learning through three tailored modules on topics designed to develop critical thinking, problemsolving and leadership skills Experience exciting handson and inperson learning every six months to build relationships and network with your peers from across the country Receive mentoring from BMDs Board of Directors, executive management team and emerging leaders to build your leadership qualities and help you progress your career Who were looking for As a Graduate Environmental Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our project teams, to contribute to the implementation of BMD''s environmental management systems. You will be responsible for promoting compliance and excellence in all environmental obligations and positively influencing project stakeholders to achieve best environmental outcomes for the projects. To be successful, you will have: tertiary qualification in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering Strong decisionmaking and communication skills, creative thinking and the drive to experience real handson work in the field.
