This is an ideal opportunity for someone with several years experience in project delivery or contract administration, looking to deepen their expertise in client-side project management.Youll work across the full project lifecycle, from concept design and procurement through to delivery and commissioning, on projects that require strong commercial insight, stakeholder management, and contract control.Your Day-to-DayManage projects from design through to delivery, ensuring quality, time, and cost outcomes are metPrepare and review design briefs, tender documentation, and procurement strategiesLead contract administration and manage consultant and contractor performanceMonitor budgets, forecasts, and variations, ensuring sound commercial managementCoordinate stakeholders including airport authorities, consultants, and contractorsDeliver progress reporting and project updates to clients with clarity and confidenceResponsibilities and RequirementsYoull Bring5+ years experience as a Project Manager or SPM delivering building or civil infrastructure projectsSolid understanding of contract management, procurement, and financial controlExperience managing consultants and contractors to drive project performanceStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsTertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Civil EngineeringYoull stand out if you haveAviation project experience (highly regarded but not essential)Background in civil or airfield infrastructureExperience working client-side or within a consulting environmentWhy Join RP Infrastructure?At RP Infrastructure, we partner with leading brands, government, and community organisations to deliver high-impact projects across aviation, transport, health, and education.
