Multiple Casual Positions Location: Latrobe Leisure Moe/Newborough, Morwell and Churchill, Yallourn North and Moe Outdoor Pools Salary: $46.57 - $49.64 per hour (includes 25% Casual Loading) The role Make an Impact - Become a leader at our Leisure Facilities We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to assist in leading our Leisure Facilities as Casual Duty Managers. As a Duty Manager you will be responsible in the absence of a Leisure Facilities Leader to manage the operational requirements of the facility. You will manage the operations of both indoor and outdoor leisure facilities and provide guidance and support to all rostered staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe and maintained to exceptional standards and that our customers experience excellent customer service. Availability is across our three leisure centres Moe/Newborough, Churchill and Morwell as well as our two outdoor pools located at Yallourn North and Moe. Shifts are across a variety of days and hours. Successful applicants will hold dual roles as Duty Manager and Qualified Customer Service Officer and will be paid at the applicable pay rate depending upon the shift and whether a Team Leader is rostered at that time. About You You will have a commitment to providing excellent customer service and will effectively communicate with our customers. You will have a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, with experience in cash handling, computer system experience and a high attention to detail. As a Duty Manager you will also have the ability to make decisions in line with Councils policies and procedures to ensure safe operations of the facility. You will need: Essential Level 2 First Aid Certificate Current Pool Lifeguard Qualification Chemical handling Certificate Desirable Pool Operation certificate Certificate III or IV in fitness Successful applicants will be required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
