Job Description As ourPeople & Culture Manager, youll be at the heart of shaping our team culture, championing employee experience, and driving engagement in a workplace as bold and vibrant as the Mondrian brand itself. Supporting the Director of People & Culture, you will help build, lead, and inspire a team that delivers luxury with personality. THE ROLE Lead recruitment strategies to attract exceptional talent aligned with the Mondrian brand ethos. Create advertising collateral and presentations that highlight our unique culture. Work alongside the departmental leaders to investigate, document and administer corrective action immediately and effectively to reach the mutual goals of the business and the employee in keeping with the company policy and local labour law. Be the champion of processes to ensure that the leaders understand their role in the process as well as the fair treatment of team members. Strive to increase team memberengagement by promoting a positive work environment where each team member is informed and proactive about the overall business goals. Ensure the consistent delivery of business and team member information with transparency so that each team member understands how they contribute to the companys success. Arrange to have fun at work by facilitating a calendar of team member events including town halls where team members are celebrated and recognised. Support a learning culture through onboarding training, mandatory compliance training, and departmental trainer development. Facilitate development planning, career pathways, and talent identification programs. THE REQUIREMENTS Experience in a People & Culture / HR leadership role (preferably within hotels, lifestyle brands, or high-end hospitality). A passion for people, culture, and service excellenceyou live and breathe hospitality. Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law (HIGA) and best practices. Must be a highly capable user of Microsoft Office and HRIS Systems (Ready Preferable) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, where agility and initiative are key. #J-18808-Ljbffr
