OverviewWestern Meat Exporters Pty Ltd has an exciting opportunity for Finance Administrator. Western Meat Exporters Pty Ltd is located in Charleville, South West Queensland, approximately 750km west of Brisbane and is the largest employer in South West Queensland. This role provides effective financial and administrative services to support the business, handling day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and assisting with daily and monthly financial reporting to the Managing Director and designated Accountants. The Finance Administrator will report directly to the Managing Director & Payroll Manager.ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping; predominantly reconciliation of daily and monthly bank transactions for several entities in an accurate and timely mannerReconcile and acquit grant and funding income (if and when required)Payroll Tax and PAYG reportingInvoicing and debtor managementManage supplier payments and accounts payableMaintaining financial files and recordsManaging and reporting of Business Activity Statements (BAS)Maintain and manage all relevant insurance policiesManage company''s liabilities (e.g., Insurance and Workcover Premiums and AMEX)Provide reports to Managing Director and external Accountants as requiredRelief Payroll Officer as requiredTimesheet data entry and daily/weekly payroll reporting to relevant Labour Hire stakeholdersProvide support to the Managing Director as requiredSkills and QualificationsProven experience with MS OfficeAccounting experienceExperience in Accounts Payable and ReceivableExcellent time management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical thinkingProblem solvingAbility to multi skillExperience with MYOB desirable but not essentialCurrent driver''s licenseApplicants must have permanent working rights in Australia to be eligible to applyQ fever vaccination prior to commencement is mandatory by lawOther detailsSalary Package $70,000 to $80,000 Plus Super (salary negotiable dependent on experience)Applicants will only be considered if they are a permanent resident of Australia with no work restrictions.Applications for position close on or before 5th December 2025.Interested persons are encouraged to contact Daniel Van Ingen on 0746543311 or email your Covering letter and Resume to [email protected] Western Meat Exporters Pty LtdCharleville, QLD, AustraliaThis company does not have any further information provided at this time.
