A gorgeous, tranquil private practice servicing the Langwarrin area are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join their team of nine clinicians comprising of Psychologists and Mental Health Social Workers. The practice accepts referrals from a wide range of third party services and are excited by the prospect of bringing a dynamic practitioner onboard. Clinicians who have experience with children and/or adolescent clients will be highly regarded. Key Benefits Remuneration: Take home up to $160/hr on a flexible subcontracting agreement, or negotiate a competitive salary package up to $115k + Super (dependent on experience). Admin Support: Have initial intake, diary management, billing and appointment reminders taken care of by a dedicated admin team allowing you to focus on clinical work. Plentiful Referrals: The clinic accepts referrals from VOCAT, NDIS, TAC, Private Hospitals and GPs, Orange Door, Medicare and more! Caseload: Tailor your caseload to your areas of expertise and interest with a wide range of presentations being referred to the practice, including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Neurodiversity, BPD and Grief & Loss. Professional Development: Have access to a board approved Clinical supervisor alongside regular peer/group supervision. Your duties will include Providing therapies to a diverse caseload of clients with a KPI of 5 clients per day for salaried employees. Engaging in a weekly meeting to discuss allocation of referrals and any other business. Maintaining the reputation of the clinic across the sector by providing exceptional care and preserving relationships with referring parties. Using a trauma-informed approach when providing therapies to clients.
