In this pivotal role, you will support the safe and effective discharge of complex patients, ensuring continuity of care across settings. Youll work collaboratively within a patient focused multidisciplinary team, contributing your expertise to improve patient outcomes and streamline discharge planning.Where Youll Be WorkingBowral & District Hospital, located in the picturesque Southern Highlands of NSW, offers a unique blend of rural charm and cosmopolitan amenities. As part of the South Western Sydney Local Health District, it has strong connections to tertiary facilities at Campbelltown and Liverpool. The hospital originally opened in 1889 and has undergone significant redevelopment, with the first stage completed in December 2020. This $123 million redevelopment includes a new Clinical Services Building with a modern emergency department, operating theatres, and inpatient wards. The ongoing second stage will further enhance outpatient services and include a new Aboriginal Dreaming Garden.
