Job Summary We are seeking a talented and motivated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Onsite servicing & maintenance: install, commission, service, and maintain peristaltic pumps. Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and operational issues on customer sites. Troubleshoot pump systems, including VFDs, electronics, and electrical components. Repair & warranty claim processing: manage warranty claims and coordinate with customers. Proactive maintenance proposals: identify opportunities for maintenance contracts and propose tailored solutions. Safety & compliance: adhere to safety protocols and comply with industry standards. Technical expertise: provide technical support, troubleshoot electrical components, VFDs, and control systems. Documentation & reporting: maintain detailed service records and postservice reports. Customer support & relationship management: build and maintain strong customer relationships. Skills & Experience Proven 3+ years servicing peristaltic pumps, ideally in Biopharm or industrial environments. Handson experience with diagnostics and repair of pump systems. Strong understanding of electrical systems, electronics, and VFD control systems. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and industrial communication protocols such as Profibus and RS485. Solid mechanical system knowledge: pumps, valves, fluid handling equipment. Commitment to safety and familiarity with safety standards in Biopharm & industrial settings. Strong problemsolving, communication, timemanagement, and independent work skills. Travel Requirements Willingness to travel to customer sites for onsite servicing, commissioning, and maintenance. Preferred Knowledge of Office365, presentation skills, PLC programming, and control systems. Experience in regulated biopharmaceutical environments.
