This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a senior management role with Albury Wodonga Aboriginal Health Service (AWAHS).As the Administration & Services Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the organisations administration, transport, and support services. You will manage and support the administration team in a fast-paced environment supporting our local community health needs as well as providing a safe inclusive place for people to meet.You will also ensure that office systems, procedures and confidential records are maintained, as well as overseeing fleet management, including servicing, insurances and compliance whilst also controlling the daily transport services.The smooth operation of facilities, equipment, and contracted services (cleaning, security, maintenance) is part of your role, along with monitoring budgets, resources and operational expenditure.This is a rewarding position where you will directly manage, supervise, and train staff, while contributing to the ongoing improvement and success of AWAHS.About UsAWAHS is a community-controlled, culturally safe health organisation that has been delivering high-quality primary care to Aboriginal people across Albury, Wodonga, and surrounding areas for more than 20 years.
