In this dynamic role, you will lead teams responsible for cleaning, security, ward support, linen, stores, and waste management to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality services. Youll drive continuous improvement, staff development, and compliance with NSW Health standards, while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
