Program Manager - Community Interlink Employment Type: Permanent Part Time Classification: Grade 5 (HS5) Goulburn Valley Health is a leading health service provider delivering personcentred care. We aim to enhance patient experience through improved service access, developing partnerships, meeting growing demand, implementing innovative service models, and ensuring workforce flexibility. Community Interlink is looking to engage an experienced Program Manager to help transition our Northern team through the Support at Home Implementation and continue to provide guidance for Support Coordinators in the NDIS. This role has oversight on the Northern teams featuring Wodonga, Cobram, Wangaratta and Benalla. This position will provide innovative ideas, support and guidance to members of the Community Interlink team. The role requires strengths in identifying and maintaining compliance and accountability within a supportive environment focused on individual growth and skill attainment. The successful candidate will work within a secure network of leaders who are passionate about maintaining talented and committed staff and ensuring highquality care is accessible to vulnerable community members.
