Shoalhaven Water is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead the planning and delivery of water capital works projects across the region. Responsibilities Lead and manage water capital works projects within the Operations Department. Coordinate investigations, detailed designs, drafting and estimates to meet project program objectives. Engage in project and process reviews, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. Ensure projects meet time, cost, scope, benefits and risk tolerances. Maintain and update project plans, compiling progress reports. Prepare tender documents, designs and specifications, and assist with tender assessment processes. Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with specifications and conditions, including inspections, approvals and documentation. Qualifications Degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa). ClassC Drivers Licence. Current General Construction Induction card (WhiteCard) and SafeWork NSW clearance. Demonstrated experience in all facets of Project Management and Contract Management.
