Experienced Electronics/Electrical Engineer now Associate Director for Engineering, Technology Recruitment Full-Time Permanent Drone Pilots x3 Location: Australia (Travel Required) Roster Options: 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off Uplift & LAHA Provided Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role Were looking for a skilled and motivated Drone Pilot to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with regular travel required across various project sites. Youll be working across a mix of asset inspections, powerline commissioning, and related aerial operations, supporting critical infrastructure projects. If you have a passion for cuttingedge technology, field work, and delivering highquality aerial data safely and efficiently we want to hear from you! What Youll Be Doing Conduct aerial inspections and data capture for infrastructure and utility assets. Perform powerline commissioning and survey flights in accordance with project requirements. Operate drones safely and professionally under CASA regulations. Ensure accurate data collection, logging, and reporting. Work collaboratively with engineering, safety, and field teams. Maintain equipment and contribute to continuous improvement in flight operations. What Were Looking For CASA RePL and AROC (required). Experience in asset inspection, surveying, or powerline operations (preferred). Strong understanding of aeronautical safety and operational compliance. Ability to work independently in remote and changing environments. Willingness to travel frequently and work on 3:1 rosters. Good communication and teamwork skills.
