You will play a key role in supporting residents to maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life through evidence-based assessment and intervention, while mentoring staff and driving service development. In this role you will: Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessments and interventions for older adults Lead falls prevention, pain management and restorative care initiatives Mentor and supervise junior physiotherapists and students Support service development, quality improvement and clinical governance Act as a delegate for the Clinical Manager when required Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve person-centred care outcomes Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evidence-based care Oversee caseloads and guide junior staff to ensure quality service delivery Lead clinical governance, quality improvement and evaluation projects Drive service innovation and contribute to research opportunities Foster strong communication across multidisciplinary and management teams Positively promote Grampians Health services and uphold organisational values Skills & Experience Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist Minimum 7 years clinical experience, ideally in aged care or geriatric rehab Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative approach Advanced knowledge of aged care standards, falls prevention and rehabilitation Experience leading service development and quality improvement projects Why Join Grampians Health?
