What this opportunity involves As the Administration and Records Assistant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our Business Support Services and Records Management functions. You will be responsible for maintaining safe and compliant facilities, managing records and documents, and providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. An Overview of the role Maintain accurate records through our client records management system Coordinate the annual destruction process of physical records Manage safe custody operations in accordance with company policy Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Deliver records management procedural training and induction sessions Provide advisory support on records management activities and procedures Assist with general administrative tasks such as stationary stocking, mail procedures, and invoicing Support workstation moves and office relocations Maintain safe and compliant workplaces Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational standards Conduct regular floor walks and address repairs and maintenance requests Undertake manual handling activities as required Provide backup assistance to the Workplace Coordinator Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for Previous experience in administration is essential. document/records management is advantageous Passionate about customer service, building relationships and creating efficiencies Eager to contribute and be part of a high performing team (mediocrity is not acceptable!)
