Reporting to the Park Manager, youll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming ensuring guests enjoy a clean, wellmaintained environment every day. Lake Conjola is a serene coastal lake on the NSW South Coast, perfect for kayaking, fishing, and relaxing by pristine waters surrounded by nature. Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets to deliver high standards within financial guidelines. Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents. Collaborate with team members, respond to resident queries, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture. Youre Likely a Match If You Hold a current C Class manual drivers licence. Have handson experience in building and grounds maintenance, with strong problemsolving skills and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies. Are proactive, positive, and committed to delivering high levels of service with clear communication and a teamfirst attitude. Are comfortable with manual tasks like lifting, bending, and operating tools and equipment across varied terrain and conditions. Understand the importance of PPE and safe handling of chemicals, tools, and machinery to maintain a secure work environment.
