About the position Our Wests Nelson Bay site is currently seeking a casual Patisserie Attendant to join the ir team. This casual opportunity is responsible and key to our patisserie l ocated in our Food Court . Providing outstanding cus t omer service, daily activities will include : Operating and balancing of tills Preparing, cooking, and service food Set up and set down of work stations Cleaning of all work areas Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guests This po sition will req uire availability to work on Friday nights, weekends a s well as good availability through the week . Our seasonal peaks run through summer, public holiday and school holiday periods, availability during seasonal peaks is essential. Please be aware that split shifts are required for this position. About you You are someone who can work under pressure whil st ensuring that our current high standards are met. Ideally you will have p revious experience in a caf or fast food environment. Along with good work ethics, you will have the ability to work in a team environment and excellent interpersonal skills . Your excellent customer service skills and problem solving ability will have you thriving in this position.
