Support Worker (Cabooolture & Albany Creek) Join MS Queenslands dedicated team providing in-home care for individuals with high and complex needs in Albany Creek, Caboolture and the Community. MS Queensland is seeking experienced and passionate disability Support Workers to join our 24/7 rotating roster at Albany Creek and Caboolture Apartments and the Community. Youll support individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis, MND, Cerebral Palsy, and other neurological and autoimmune conditions. Were seeking experienced Support Workers with a strong background in high-complexity care. You''ll ensure top-quality support while strictly following care plans. Locations: Caboolture & Albany Creek Apartments and surrounding community Hours: Morning shifts and occasional night shifts available Support: Buddy shifts & detailed training including handson training from senior staff Penalties: Regular causal rate $43.23 per hour, Saturday rate $60.52, Sunday rate $77.81, Public Holidays rate $95.10, afternoon rate $47.55, night rate $49.94 Your Role: Personal care, mobility support, meal prep & household tasks Community access & social engagement Medication management & medical appointments Encouraging independence & self-determination Monitoring & reporting health changes Maintaining accurate records & following care plans What Were Looking For: Cert III in Disability Support, Individual Support, or related field: must be completed with Certificate First Aid completed in the last 3 years & CPR certification completed within the last 12 months Handson experience with highcare disability support Understanding of personcentred care & NDIS delivery models Experience in daily cares, catheter & bowel care, hoisting, PEG feeding & medication administration Proactive problem solver with strong teamwork & communication skills Valid openclass drivers license & comprehensive car insurance NDWS Clearance & Blue Card Completion of NDIS Online Worker Training before starting What MS Queensland Offers: NFP salary packaging & financial wellness programs Peer recognition platform & Q-Leave employer benefits 6 weeks paid maternity leave + 2 weeks paid partner leave We pay for your Queensland Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Card if you dont already have them saving you up to $144 if you need both cards!
