Responsibilities As an Enrolled Nurse at Coledale Hospital, you''ll be instrumental in providing compassionate and professional care to our patients. Youll act as an advocate for those in your care, delivering high-quality nursing that aligns with our policies and standards. As part of a small, tight-knit workforce, youll be exposed to a range of day-to-day duties that are unique to a smaller hospital site, giving you experience in rural and remote working and allowing you to become multi-skilled in a number of nursing areas. No two days will be the same, and youll encounter and experience things that youd never see at a larger hospital site. Coledale Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is a 38-bed facility specialising in aged care services for the northern Illawarra. The hospital cares for patients transitioning to residential aged care facilities and has a purpose-built unit for patients with a dementia illness awaiting nursing home placement.
