For more information about Tes, our products, and our team, visit: www.tes.com We are looking for a QA Lead at who will provide quality coach for all engineering in APAC, lead and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams, including development, product, and design, to identify and prioritise testing requirements, and develop testing strategies and test plans. Your expertise in software testing methodologies and best practices will be crucial in driving continuous improvement across our testing processes. You will also collaborate with the Head of Engineering, Product Owner, and Test Manager to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities will be: Coach the Engineering team on quality ownership and best practices. Lead and manage QA engineers to ensure product reliability and quality. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define testing requirements, strategies, and plans. Use datadriven insights to identify quality trends and improve customer experience. Improve QA processes, documentation, and internal testing tools. Assist the Head of Engineering with testing estimates and validate QA team estimates. Work with Product Owners and Managers to refine requirements and ensure complete test coverage. Oversee defect management, define KPIs, and maintain requirement traceability. Manage test automation, including Cypress repositories and CI/CD test execution pipelines. Define automation strategies and coordinate with Tech Leads for continuous improvement. What are we looking for? 6+ years of experience in QA leadership and line management Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices Experience with Cypress automated testing tool Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritise tasks effectively Worked in scaled agile delivery models Good working knowledge of CI/CD best practices for automating testing ISTQB certified tester foundation/advanced API and Web Services utilizing REST JIRA/Xray Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall Strong communication and collaboration skills, strong analytical and problemsolving skills Ability to lead and manage a team of QA engineers, including setting goals, prioritising tasks, and providing feedback. Its a hybrid position - working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
