Were on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Administrator to support our exciting land development project in one of Australias most beautiful coastal destinations. About the Role Based in our AirlieBeach display suite, youll be the face of Alder Group for local walk-ins and online enquiries. Youll work approx. 16 hours per week (Wednesday to Saturday), engaging with customers, managing site inspections, managing stakeholder relationships and executing local marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include: Qualifying and responding to new enquiries CRM management and customer engagement Coordinating social media posts and responding to enquiries Executing local marketing tasksCollaborating with builders and external real estate agents About You Youre energetic, personable, and passionate about development sales. You thrive in a customer-focused environment and are excited by the opportunity to work in the Whitsundays. Youll bring: A current drivers licence and reliable transport Weekend availability Strong self-management and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Real estate or development sales experience (preferred) Sales Person qualification (preferred) Familiarity with the Whitsunday region (a bonus!)
