The Role As the Office Administrator you will be accountable for providing daily administrative support across our Melbourne office to ensure smooth office operations. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their administrative career, looking to gain handson experience in office administration within a collaborative, fun and supportive team environment. Responsibilities Coordinating facilities requests, managing office supplies and inventory control Maintaining kitchens and central office spaces including meeting room management Organising catering for meetings, greeting clients and coordinating meeting rooms Providing daily reception cover Facilitating the smooth operation of equipment in the kitchens, mailroom and meeting rooms Coordinating office events like Friday night drinks and monthly birthday celebrations as well as supporting firmwide internal and client events New starter onboarding and offboarding as well as building and tenancy access Providing general administration support to the operations team Performing other assigned office administration duties, as and when required Qualifications 12 years experience in an administrative, facilities, or office support role (experience in professional services or corporate environments preferred but not essential) A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and undertake a range of tasks, both routine and adhoc Strong organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a busy office environment Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with staff at all levels, visitors, and external suppliers A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining a tidy, wellpresented workspace Comfortable with basic use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), printers/copiers, and other office equipment A teamoriented approach and flexible mindset to assist with events, onboarding, and general office administration A customer service mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a professional and welcoming office atmosphere If this sounds like you, and youre keen to join a team where you are valued and your career is a priority, reach out for more information or apply now.
