Talesca Chinchilla, Queensland, Australia Connecting energy professionals throughout Australia Role Purpose The O&M Site Manager is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the solar PV plus BESS plant, ensuring maximum availability, performance, and safety. This role coordinates O&M contractors to guarantee compliance with contractual obligations, technical standards, and regulations, while optimizing costs and timelines. Key Responsibilities Oversee (on-site*) the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the solar PV+BESS plants assigned (generally two plants), coordinating the activities with the O&M Contractors. *The Site Manager has to be at least one week per month at each plant assigned. Ensure the annual preventive maintenance (PAM) is performed by the O&M Contractor as planned and of appropriate quality. Monitor production and generate daily and weekly production reports. Support the continuous improvement of the performance of the plant by proposing technical improvements, analyzing deviations and supporting RCA of operational incidents. Implement and enforce X-Elios HSSE policies at all O&M activities at the plant. Conduct regular Safety Work Observations, Work Place Inspections and Audits. Support the investigation of safety incidents and ensure the implementation of Action Plans. Qualifications TechnicalDegree in Electricity or Electronics. 35 years in O&M for solar PV plants or renewable energy projects. Experience in BESS is a plus. Strong knowledge in SCADA systems and network communications. Strong knowledge in electrical and safety regulations.
