Our Partners, Gaelan Cooney and Marina Tinning are seeking a Lawyer with experience in a project finance, corporate and acquisition finance or broader finance-related experience to work across complex and challenging project finance and corporate finance matters.About YouOur ideal candidate will have:At least 3 years PQE gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm, or in-house;Strong technical skills in relation to finance law and drafting coupled with an ability to address legal advice within a commercial context;Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively, bring lawyers into matter workstreams and actively mentor lawyers;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;Advanced drafting skills; andExceptional attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.For more information or if you require any support and adjustments to participate equitably in our recruitment process or in the workplace, we encourage you to contact: [email protected] for a confidential conversation.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly to Ashurst.
