We are currently seeking a highly motivated and hands on Senior Project Manager in Sydney to join our team and lead digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, execution, and project team managementWork closely with customers and the HSO consulting team to ensure business requirements are met and delivered in a timely mannerEnsure project success in terms of scope, schedule, profitability, quality, and customer satisfactionProvide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordinationManage project resources, risks, and contractsParticipate in steering committee and strategy meetingsRun daily stand ups as necessaryReporting, invoicing, budgetary control and governanceUtilize HSO''s proven project methodology to successfully deliver projectsRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in project managementExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirableStrong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, SureStep, PMIExperience in the service/consulting industry with an understanding of the challenges in this fieldAbility to lead and motivate larger project teams, many of whom are working remotelyExcellent presentation and conflict management skillsWillingness to travel for project-related activitiesThe right to work in AustraliaBenefitsWhy should you choose HSO ANZ?
