The company is headquartered in New York, with a global team of nearly 1,800 people in 36 countries.About The Opportunity Teads Australia Pty Ltd are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join our growing Sydney team and play a key role in driving new business growth across agencies and brands. Reporting to the Head of Sales, youll be responsible for identifying and securing new revenue opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering solutions that align with client goals. You have a strong track record in driving business growth, a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.What will you do?Identify, pitch, and close sales deals with media agencies and brandsDevelop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clientsLead campaign activation preparation with clear, timely, and strategic communication to align internal teams and client expectationsCollaborate with other departments (sales, ad ops, publisher, design, finance and legal teams) to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internallyRepresent Teads and be a brand ambassador in the online advertising marketplaceEnsure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenueResponsible for hitting quarterly revenue targetsAbout YouMinimum of 1 year of experience in digital advertising, ideally on the agency side or within an ad technology companyDegree in Media, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field desiredExperience within the adtech or online media industryStrong understanding of the digital landscape and programmatic is a mustExcellent networking ability and proven connections with major advertising agenciesGood technical knowledge and understanding of ad-serving and tracking technologiesProven track record of winning large accountsA team player with the ability to learn quickly and a self-motivated starterStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to resolve queries efficiently, multitask, and communicate across teamsEntrepreneurial and solution-driven mentalityThe pay range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 p.a including on target earnings.
