You''ll thrive working with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects to delight our customers.What Youll Be DoingManage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks, milestones and other constraintsWork with customers or internal leadership teams to address blockers, risks, and escalations while updating on the overall health of project(s)Help define and improve processes/guidelines for the project management functionDrive delivery across organizational boundariesBuild, share, and present reports that track performance and give meaningful insights into our capacity and commitmentsPartner closely with business stakeholders to turn their needs into well-defined projects and backlogs; this includes identifying potential new projects with additional servicesWhat Youll Bring To The Table3-5 years of successful customer-facing project management experience (external projects) in Information Technology delivery projects such as Cloud Migrations, Digital transformation, and complex Implementations of new technologies.Experienced in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing prioritiesAble to consult with clients to identify further opportunities for ServiceRocket to provide additional servicesAble to see the big picture as well as delve into detailsAbility to hold people accountable to drive business valueExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsAdaptable and enjoys building relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersAnalytical, able to think on your feet and learn quicklyAdept at working across multiple teams and disciplines in a fast-paced, global environmentUnderstanding of project financialsTechnical background in pre-sales, information technology or computer scienceExperience in working in a geographically distributed environment and comfortable working asynchronouslyYour leadersRob is our founder and CEO.
