Your Role: Make an Impact from Day One As an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, you will be pivotal in executing complex M&A deals, capital raisings, and strategic advisory mandates. Youll work closely with senior bankers and clients, gaining frontline exposure to significant transactions and developing a deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and deal structuring. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain complex financial models to support deal evaluation and execution. Conduct deep-dive industry research, financial statement analysis, and competitive benchmarking to assess investment opportunities. Support senior team members in executing transactions, coordinating workflows, and ensuring smooth deal progress. Prepare compelling pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction-related documentation. Stay ahead of market trends and provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Work closely with clients, attend meetings, and assist in managing key relationships. What Were Looking For: Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or M&A Advisory. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools. Strong communication and presentation skills ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
