Demonstrate an energetic approach in both sales and managementLiaise and build relationships with Sleep Physicians, General Physicians, Sleep laboratories and other allied health professionals to drive and maintain businessManage, coordinate and approve leave applications for team members. Ensure alignment with roster requirements. Manage store rosters aligned with sales volumes and team members leave. Ensure each store is running at optimal staffing levels.Recruit, on board and mentor staff as requiredManage stock control including but not limited to ordering, movement through stock transfers to and from the store, stock takes etc. Complete merchandising as required.Maintain relationships of key stakeholdersWork collaboratively with multi-function teams and other store managersLet''s talk about you:Previous success in retail managementAbility to recruit and motivate a team.
