We welcome applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, people with disability, and people of all ages, genders and sexual orientation.Role overviewThe Finance & ICT Manager will report to the General Manager of Business Service and be responsible for the following responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesFinanceLead the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate the external audit process.Manage and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and models to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.Provide high-level financial reporting and analysis to executive management, offering insights into performance, risks, and opportunities.Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and efficient use of funds.Identify and assess financial risks, implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.Lead and manage the organisations cybersecurity strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.Evaluate, implement, and maintain business-critical information systems, ensuring they align with organisational needs and workflows.Supervise and coordinate the internal help desk function, ensuring timely and effective technical support for all staff.Manage property portfolio and investment portfolio (including tenancy, body corporate committee member and management of current lease agreement).Information and Communication TechnologyManage IT-related vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets, ensuring value for money and service reliability.Oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of information technology systems to support business operations.Evaluate, implement, and maintain business-critical information systems, ensuring they align with organisational needs and workflows.Lead and manage the organisations cybersecurity strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.Lead and manage the IT and Finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain data integrity.As a member of a small team this will be a strategic and hands on role.
