Emergency Vet Nurse - Centre for Animal Referral and Emergency (CARE)OverviewAs an Emergency and Critical Care nurse at CARE, you will work with a dedicated and knowledgeable team of experienced vets and nurses to care for the broad range of cases we see in our busy Emergency department.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional nursing care to critically ill and injured patients from triage through the CARE journey.Assist with anaesthesia, procedures and surgery; perform diagnostic sample collection and processing tests; communicate with pet owners, provide guidance, address questions, and offer support during highly emotional times.QualificationsQualified Cert IV Veterinary Nurse with at least 2+ years'' experience, ideally in emergency or a busy GP clinic.Employment type and schedulePart-time or full-time role with a combination of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts; we support work-life balance for successful applicants.RemunerationRemuneration is generous and includes significant shift loading for shifts outside of the regular weekday daytime hours.How to applyIf you''re interested, we would love to hear from you.
