You will use ITIL framework to ensure our customer service levels are a key priority within City of Ryde. Your hands on experience managing hybrid on-premises cloud technology platforms will be highly regarded for our opportunity!About YouYou will lead from the front, collaborating with stakeholders and your team to succeed! Your think outside the square approach will enable you to make a difference in your role. You will be accountable for Windows services, storage, networking, telecommunication, mobility, and business applications for the technology division.Youre a strong leader with the experience to motivate technical staff whilst working in a matrix business environment.
