You will have the opportunity to contribute and grow within Nova.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Isa, Data Lead, to understand data sources, improve data capture, access speed, and data quality.Partner with Mohan, Data Engineer, to transform analytical ideas into automated processes and robust datasets for dashboards and reports.Work with Duncan, Product Manager, to analyse data from mobile apps, websites, smart speakers and future touchpoints to drive product insights.Collaborate with Civic and Chana on Commercial Data Products, assess targeting performance, campaign results and revenue impacts to optimise advertising outcomes.Build relationships across the business, communicating complex analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders.What you will be doingPerform data analysis to support business performance tracking, including regular and ad-hoc reporting, building new data flows, monitoring data quality, and maintaining data integrity.Work with diverse data sources and platforms, integrating them where needed and identifying improvement opportunities.Use strong technical skills (Advanced Excel, Basic SQL, Power BI) to query, clean, and transform data into meaningful datasets.Apply analytical thinking to interpret trends and patterns, using statistical techniques where relevant.Translate insights into actionable recommendations and compelling data stories for technical and non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsDegree in science, engineering, IT, mathematics, statistics or another quantitative discipline.Experience with data analysis and visualization tools; quick to learn new tools if needed.Hands-on data experience from internships, projects or roles involving data processing, cleaning and basic analysis.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and collaborationWhat success looks likeRelentless curiosity, comfort with challenging problems, and a hands-on approach to data delivery.
