With ambitious growth plans across Australia, New Zealand, and the US, were looking for world-class talent to help shape the future of digital ordering.The roleWe''re looking for a senior-level graphic designer with a sharp eye for modern web and app design, and a passion for crafting experiences that are both functional and beautiful.Youll play a leading role in how hospitality brands come to life on the Bite platform - from designing new customer-facing features to refining the dashboard experience for operators. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with our product and development teams to deliver elegant and effective design solutions.Your Core Focus Areas Will Include:Designing and deploying features for hospitality brands - ensuring theyre polished, consistent, and high-converting across both website and appDesigning UI/UX within the Bite dashboard - creating clear, intuitive interfaces for hospitality operators managing their online presenceCrafting beautiful user journeys - thinking deeply about user behaviour and conversion pathways across our customer-facing experiencesYour Responsibilities Will Include:Collaborating with product managers and developers to deliver new feature designsCreating scalable design systems and reusable components in FigmaDesigning responsive, white-labelled websites and app screens for hospitality brandsRefining and evolving user flows within the Bite dashboardProducing visuals and mockups for internal use, client previews, and stakeholder presentationsMaintaining brand consistency across customer touchpointsTesting, iterating, and optimising designs based on user feedback and conversion dataThe Ideal Candidate:Youre a senior designer with a strong portfolio of digital product work. Youre confident working independently, excited to own end-to-end design projects, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment.You Should:Have 5+ years experience in digital product or interface designBe fluent in Figma and modern web/app design toolsUnderstand responsive web design and mobile-first thinkingBe comfortable working within and expanding brand guidelinesThink in systems and components, not just individual screensBe able to communicate design decisions clearly with product and engineering teamsHave a strong grasp of conversion-focused UXCare about small details, smooth interactions, and intuitive user journeysBonus SkillsExperience designing for SaaS or white-labelled platformsFamiliarity with HTML/CSSExperience with motion design (e.g. Lottie, Framer, After Effects)Exposure to A/B testing or conversion optimisation toolsBackground in hospitality, QSR, or eCommerceOther DetailsHardware. Well provide a recent model MacBook Pro. Youll need a suitable home office setup, including a desk and chair.Travel. Occasional travel may be required for in-person collaboration.
