The Role This is an opportunity to work across multiple systems and financial instruments, from domestic and international equities to fixed income, managed funds, and term deposits in a team that values curiosity, initiative, and continuous improvement. As an Analyst Reconciliations, youll play a key role in ensuring accuracy and alignment across our platform by performing daily stock and cash reconciliations for Powerwrap, SMA scheme accounts, and the custodian. Key Responsibilities Stock and Cash Reconciliations Perform daily reconciliations for omnibus/scheme and client subaccounts using IPS (IRESS), SS&C Recon, and Platform; investigate and resolve breaks. Quarterly Rebates Calculate, review, and process managed fund rebates; liaise with outsourced teams to resolve related queries. Income and Corporate Actions Process dividends, distributions, and interest income; reconcile discrepancies and handle corporate actions such as rights issues and capital returns. Desired Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Tertiary degree in a businessrelated discipline. Background in funds management, platforms, or custody environments. Knowledge of IPS (IRESS) and Praemium systems advantageous. Strong Excel and MS Office skills. Techsavvy and analytical. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Collaborative, agile, and continuous improvement mindset.
