This is a pivotal leadership role where youll drive processes, ensure consistency across delivery teams, and take full ownership of project success. Youll be supported by a capable Senior Project Manager and site delivery team, with the expectation that youll bring structure, strategy, and leadership to a complex and designdriven build. Role Overview Reporting directly to the Director, the Project Director will oversee all project delivery aspects, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and budget while driving continuous improvement across processes and systems. Youll provide leadership and mentorship to the Senior Project Manager and delivery team, ensuring accountability and efficiency across all stages of construction. Key Responsibilities Lead project delivery, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and to a high standard Drive company processes and procedures to ensure project consistency and compliance Oversee project budgets, schedules, and reporting across multiple stakeholders Mentor and support the Senior Project Manager and broader delivery team Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes Requirements for the Role Proven experience delivering complex fitout or refurbishment projects (hospitality experience highly advantageous) Strong background in project management or construction delivery degree not essential if backed by handson experience Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive process improvement Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, and programme management Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills Why Apply?
