We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Melbourne team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our campus, supporting administrative functions while maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and students.You will oversee campus operations, coordinate resources, and ensure that our administrative systems run seamlessly. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, people-focused, and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to a dynamic educational setting. Who Are We? Key Responsibilities Oversee campus administration, streamline processes, and ensure an efficient, student-focused office. Manage human resources, workspace, and facilities to support teaching and student services. Supervise and guide administrative staff, fostering accountability, collaboration, and growth. Maintain accurate and confidential records, financial accounts, and student documentation. Coordinate with academic staff to resolve issues and ensure smooth program delivery. Oversee office equipment, supplies, and facilities to provide a safe and welcoming environment. Manage HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, payroll, and training. Drive process improvements and policy development to enhance operational efficiency and the student experience. Requirements Bachelors degree or above . Minimum of five years experience in office or administrative management, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including academic staff, students, partners, and service providers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office administration systems.
