With support from both the National Operations Manager and the CEO, this is a blended role ideal for someone who thrives on mentoring others, setting direction, and keeping one foot in the clinical world.What Youll Be Doing:Team Management (3 days/week)Lead, mentor and develop a team of 4 OTs (expanding to 78 by year-end)Support performance goals and provide clinical oversight where neededCollaborate with the National Ops Manager and CEOManage team issues, provide guidance, and help create a positive, outcomes-driven environmentContribute to strategic growth - this is a stepping stone to a potential future State Manager roleClinical Work (2 days/week)Community-based NDIS therapy, with both in-person and remote optionsSupport client outcomes across the lifespan (ages 1365)Review, finalise and quality-check clinical reports across the teamMaintain a small clinical caseload, with flexibility to reduce as the team scalesWhat Youll Need to Bring3+ years experience in the NDIS space1+ year of team leadership or people management experienceStrong mentorship, organisation, and communication skillsConfidence in working with a diverse caseload across adolescence to adulthoodFull AHPRA registration and the right to work in AustraliaAbout the OrganisationPart of the Humanity Health Group, the organisation is known for high-impact community-based NDIS services.
