Our always-on learning agenda drives their continuous improvement through building and transferring digital skills, expertise, and ideas from our innovation ecosystem.Visit www.infosys.com to see how Infosys (NYSE: INFY) can help your enterprise navigate your next.Salary Range: 150742- 171215 AUD Annual GrossPlease Note:- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processesShort Description:Application development and maintenance manager for NetCracker and related applicationsGood understating of NetCracker modules Configuration management, DNR, Network planning and designing, Service inventory, service activation and service order managementGood understanding of Net Cracker RDB engine and RDB light in terms of functional knowledge issue triage, recovery partHandful experience on analysing Net cracker related performance issues caused due to long running sessions, garbage collection, hogging threads and stuck threadsGood understating of Net Cracker modules Configuration management, DNR, Network planning and designing, Service inventory, service activation and service order managementGood understanding of ITSM processes and experience in managing resolution of critical incidents across multiple groups, platforms and stakeholdersSetup Jenkin pipeline for applicationManage and mentor a team of operations team and developers with diverse skills and experience levelsWorking closely with Product owners and scrum masters to deliver outcomesBuild relationships with our customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and design appropriate solutionsDesign and Implement CI/CD Pipeline which includes Building docker images, deployment of APIs and microservices using latest technologiesParticipate in the teams agile rituals to give updates, remove blockers, and plan upcoming work as well as work collaborative with the team to design solutions to features.Working with distributed agile teams across Sydney and India offshore locations;Participating in planning and review meetings, and completing project deliverablesExcellent written and verbal communication & collaboration skillsRoles and Responsibilities:Work in client-facing roles to contribute towards the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex and large-scale Identity Management solutions.Hands-on Lead providing technology guidance to the implementation team throughout the life cycle of a project.Strong customer services focus with an ability to respond to changing customer prioritiesDefines enterprise architecture based on the requirementsLead and manage resources at on-shore, off-shore from technology perspective; able to work with architects, designers & developersEnsuring software developed is held to quality standards through code and design reviews.In addition to billable engagements, contribute towards account strategy initiatives.Ability to work independently with minimal assistanceExcellent leadership and communication skills to efficiently manage client stake holders and Infosys internal teams.Ability to suggest solution/technology alternatives for a given taskAbility to analyze bottlenecks in existing architectures and suggest solutions.10+ years of experience in developing, implementing and architecting information systems.Expertise on NetCracker version 22 and aboveGood understating of NetCracker modules Configuration management, DNR, Network planning and designing, Service inventory, service activation and service order managementGood understanding of Net Cracker RDB engine and RDB light in terms of functional knowledge issue triage, recovery partHandful experience on analysing Net cracker related performance issues caused due to long running sessions, garbage collection, hogging threads and stuck threadsGood understating of Net Cracker modules Configuration management, DNR, Network planning and designing, Service inventory, service activation and service order managementGood understanding of ITSM processes and experience in managing resolution of critical incidents across multiple groups, platforms and stakeholdersCovering Fulfilment & Assurance stack for Enterprise & Cloud solutionsGood understanding of NetCracker, Oracle Activation Manager, SOM etc.Proven experience of defining E2E OSS solution for large TelcosFamiliarity of TMF standards eTOM, TAM, SIDAbility to drive active participation and contribution to E2E solution including but not limited to impact assessment to CRM, Product model, Order management, Service Instance Inventory, Resource Inventory, Service and Resource activation.Liaise and drive solution groups (internal and vendors) and achieve outcomes within project timelines.Experience with technical skills in SOA, web servicesExperience with all phases of waterfall and Agile software development methodologies.Familiarity of working in Agile environmentAll aspects of employment at Infosys are based on merit, competence and performance.
