Our team of industry and technology experts is committed to solving the complex challenges of this sector through our automated, streamlined ecosystem.At Karia, we''re not just building software we''re redefining an entire industry.About the RoleAs an Implementation and Change Analyst, you will be responsible for streamlining operational processes, driving change management strategies, and ensuring seamless adoption of Karias systemised workflows. You will work closely with clients to analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and compliance.What Youll DoAssess existing workflows and procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.Develop and implement structured change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions with minimal business disruption.Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to integrate seamless operational solutions.Prepare and update process documentation, internal guidelines, and training materials to support the adoption of new workflows.Identify potential risks and compliance challenges, ensuring regulatory adherence.Track post-implementation performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.Lead the implementation of Karias systemised workflows and frameworks, standardising processes across client operations.Develop and deliver reports to support data-driven decision-making, including legal compliance, risk management, and customer feedback insights.Work in a fast-paced environment, rapidly developing industry knowledge and expertise.Who You AreBachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess workflows and recommend practical improvements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.A proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment.Ability to learn quickly and gain deep industry expertise in a short timeframe.Experience in process improvement, change management, or business consulting is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.
