We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role will be based in Perth (Wangara HQ), with travel across Australia to support mining and industrial projects. Youll be responsible for project delivery from end to end from scoping and quoting through to execution, financial performance, and client success.Our business is well known for identifying unique solutions to complex projects, to support this we are seeking an experienced professional with a technical mind set capable of identifying solutions in complex environments.THE ROLE:Scope, quote and deliver complex projects across multiple industrial and mining sitesManage onsite operations and team members to ensure safe and efficient deliveryOversee labour mobilisation, recruitment, rostering and performanceReview engineering designs and provide feedback to ensure tailored solutions to the scope are of high qualityLiaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams across all project stagesMonitor and control project budgets, variations and invoicingImplement HSEQ systems and ensure legislative compliance across worksitesLead toolbox meetings, safety initiatives, and incident reportingSupport the growth of our operations through strategic improvementsAssist with tender submissions, proposals, and business developmentABOUT YOU:Minimum 5 years experience managing projects within remediation, industrial or mining sectorsExperience in managing rope access or scaffolding projects will be highly advantageousProven ability to scope and quote technical projectsStrong knowledge of HSEQ and WHS legislationExcellent client-facing communication and stakeholder managementHands-on, solutions-driven leadership styleConfidence in managing multiple concurrent projects and teamsStrong organisational, reporting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to coordinate and drive onsite operations to achieve performance targets.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing site teamsDemonstrate a high level of technical knowledge and experience with the ability to identify and implement solutions in complex environments.Highly motivated with good time management skills Strong financial and operational management skills.Ability to travel to national projects as requiredWhy Join Itero?To achieve excellence, Itero looks to recruit motivated personnel with a desire to learn and become part of a high-performance team.
