In this key leadership role, youll ensure equipment is maintained to the highest mechanical standards, maximising availability, and efficiency for our clientall while upholding our commitment to safety and excellence.About the RoleLead a skilled maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment availability aligned with project timelines.Oversee on-site service contracts and ensure all KPIs and service expectations are met.Drive high standards in equipment health, reliability, and asset performance.Build and nurture strong working relationships with clients, particularly within corporate Mining, Maintenance, and Procurement teams.Promote a high-performance culture focused on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.What Youll BringA relevant, nationally recognised trade qualification.Mining Supervisor Certifications G1, G8, G9 and G2.Standard 11 Competency.At least 5 years'' experience managing heavy equipment maintenance in both workshop and field environments.Strong technical knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment commonly used in mining operations.Proven ability to manage client relationships and understand operational needs.Solid understanding of HSET standards within QLD mining.Strong commercial and financial acumen aligned with project goals and budget targets.Why Join UsMonday to Friday rosterSite based role with camp accommodation provided (within driving distance from Mackay)Attractive salary packageincluding a company vehiclePermanent full-time opportunityWork with a passionate, professional team in a supportive and safety-first cultureAccess to a range of employee benefits:Salary packaging & novated leasing options #J-18808-Ljbffr
