This position is responsible for overseeing the large-scale delivery of person-centred services, including in-home supports, allied health integration, and complex community-based programs.Reporting directly to the executive team, your responsibilities will include:Managing the operational performance of community-based disability servicesEnsuring service delivery aligns with NDIS requirements and regulatory standardsDriving financial results, workforce capability, and exceptional customer experiencesPromoting service quality, compliance, and continuous improvementLeading and supporting managers across multiple geographic locationsThis is a key leadership opportunity for a hands-on operator who is committed to enhancing service outcomes within the disability sector.About YouYou are a performance-driven leader with a strong people focus and significant experience in disability or community health services.You will have:At least 7 years experience in operational leadership within disability or community support environmentsComprehensive knowledge of the NDIS, funding models, and compliance frameworksA proven record of leading and developing large, diverse teams through changeStrong financial, commercial, and contract management expertiseAdvanced skills in analysis, decision-making, and project deliveryHighly developed communication skills with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholdersA collaborative leadership style that prioritises culture, safety, and accountabilityA tertiary qualification in Health, Community Services, Allied Health, or a related field is essential.
