Overview NEW STORE OPENING - GYG BAULKHAM HILLS ARE YOU A LEADER? THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. An important leadership position within our Restaurant Operations team, youll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant stepping up when the Restaurant Managers not around. As a leader, youll be looked upon as a calming force when the heats on. On any given day you will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, supporting inventory and financial management as required. Qualifications Well provide you with the support required to get the mechanics right. Were scouting for attitude, maturity and energy. Running a shift at GYG is intense but rewarding, so to ensure youre successful in the role, youll need experience.
