You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional experiences for our people, clients and visitors.This pivotal role calls for strong leadership and operational oversight, championing innovation and continuous improvement to create a safe, secure and productive workplace. As the first point of contact for tenancy operations, you''ll manage services and suppliers with a focus on quality, reliability and efficiency.You''ll also have the opportunity to contribute to both local and national projects, helping to shape the workplace experience and deliver meaningful improvements.You will be responsible for:Leading and coaching the Business Services and Hospitality teams to deliver high-quality services and foster a great place to workOverseeing services such as documentation management, mail/couriers, reception, premises and security, maintenance, catering and crisis managementManaging tenancy operations including contracts, repairs and relocationsDriving continuous improvement through research, supplier engagement and technology solutionsManaging budgets, expenditure, rosters and compliance requirementsSupporting and leading firm-wide projects, initiatives and service delivery innovationsAbout YouExperience in a similar role within a top-tier professional services firm or similar environmentStrong people leadership, coaching and team engagement skillsProven project and contract management expertiseFinancial management capability with a commercial mindsetExcellent communication, influencing and negotiation skillsStrong problem-solving, analytical and organisational abilitiesCommitment to service excellence and continuous improvementAccreditation in Firs Aid and/or Fire Warden Training, or willingness to complete (provided by the firm)Why work with us?We promote a collaborative culture where people feel respected, valued and supported both personally and professionally, and where diversity and inclusion also play an important role in enhancing our knowledge, driving innovative solutions for our clients and creating positive social impact.We live by our Principles, and strive for mastery in all that we do.
