You can also connect with one of our internal diversity streams for additional support.About this opportunity:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as an Assistant Accountant.In this role, you will learn about and be responsible for:Performing month-end process and journal entries to ensure compliance with deadlines.Preparation of balance sheet reconciliation for trade debtor, trade creditors, prepayment and clearing accounts etc.Coordinating with internal AP/AR teams to ensure timely payments and collections.Assisting with bank reconciliation and corporate credit cards reconciliation via Concur.Assisting the Management Accountant to mentor accounts officers and trainees.Assisting the Management Accountant or Financial Controller with ad-hoc projects and reports.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to provide financial information and support.You will be of a curious mind, be a team player and up for a challenge.
