At Latrobe Community Health Service were committed to ensuring that our graduates receive the support and tools they need to become confident, reflective and effective interdisciplinary clinicians.As part of the Graduate Program you will have access to:Comprehensive onboardingOn site supervision with access to a senior clinician every dayInterprofessional CPD opportunities within your first yearUpwards of 12 hours of interprofessional education within your first yearMinimum of 10 days interprofessional exposure to alternative programs within LCHS1:1 mentoring with clinical leadsCareer Progression opportunitiesAs a Speech Pathologist InIPHS Metro you will work closely with clients and their families to create both; personalised programs and group work.
