OverviewFreyssinet Australia, a leader in specialist engineering, remediation and repair works, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Supervisor to join our growing VIC Remedial team. Based in Melbourne, this role will see you taking the lead on complex remedial projects, coordinating site operations, and ensuring excellence in delivery across our diverse work portfolio.Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Supervisor plays a critical role in the day-to-day management of remedial construction sites. This role is hands-on, responsible for ensuring that all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with quality and environmental standards.You Will Be Supervising Works IncludingConcrete repairsSteel repairs & strengtheningCarbon Fibre StrengtheningHydro-demolition and Dry-sprayTemporary works and access solutionsAbrasive blasting and protective coating applicationsYoull lead and manage crews on-site, oversee subcontractors, and maintain effective communication between the project team and site workforce.
