About The OpportunityThis full-time role is ideal for a seasoned Paralegal who thrives in a high-performing team and is looking to take ownership of complex files involving insurance and recovery work. Youll work alongside our senior lawyers and play a vital role in supporting our clients and internal stakeholders. What You''ll DoProvide administration assistance by preparing important legal documents.Coordinate and manage client files to ensure smooth operations.Communicate with clients and stakeholders with care and professionalism.Support our expert Personal Injury team in achieving the best results for our clients.Stay organised and ensure accurate data management through our systems. About YouMinimum 2 years of experience working in a legal environment (Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar role).Demonstrated experience in managing TPD claims and/or debt recovery processes (preferable).Organised, with great time management skills, and able to juggle multiple priorities.Sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things done efficiently.Positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
